Full Backyard Remodel
An empty sloped lawn and an aging wood deck rebuilt into a complete outdoor living space: a custom in-ground pool with attached spa, a wraparound paver pool deck, and a new railed deck with a covered gazebo. Underneath sits a covered outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill, side burner, and refrigerator, plus an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a swim. Stone-veneer columns, retaining walls with steps, an arbor, and privacy fencing finish the space.

Basement Remodel — Bedroom & Gym
A dated carpeted basement opened up and rebuilt into finished living space. The remodel added a new bedroom and a home gym, with recessed lighting run throughout the main room. Wall-to-wall carpet was replaced with wide-plank wood-look flooring, and the walls were repainted and finished with new crown molding and trim for a brighter, cleaner space.

Paver Patio Power Washing
Years of dirt, algae, and dark staining had dulled this covered paver patio and walkway. A controlled power wash lifted the buildup out of the pavers and joints without damaging the surface, bringing the original tan and charcoal stone color back. The finished patio is clean edge to edge and ready to use again — no replacement required.
